I think I'm kind of using this as a diary more than anything else.
I'm really excited about my spiders project. I think I'm going to start just doing normal spiders and then evolve it. I'm going down into the woods today to get some sticks and I'm going to see what I can create off the top of my head - I think balance is going to be the problem! I'm sure they're going to turn out awfully, but it'll be fun just to try. Also, I found out it's spelled mische. I found a course on the technique on this year, but its £870! Who has that kind of money to spend on a course at 18? Well, I don't anyway. I've found a few sites that do a step by step guide, but it's not going to be the same. I've got no idea where I'm going to find damar varnish for one thing! Focus?
In other news I finished by latest David Bowie picture. I'll probably end up going back to it because there are some bits that are just really annoying me, but it's mainly done. I'm terrified if I try to go back to it I'm just going to ruin it! I just have to wait for it to dry, then I can sign it and get it uploaded.
I've also got an electric piano on the way! There're some great people down the road that are trying to get one on ebay for me, so hopefully that'll come through soon. Obviously I'm going to pay them. My mum and me are going to go halves - up to two hundred pounds. It's going to be invaluable, but I've got no idea how it's going to fit in my room. I'm really getting into the old pianoing, but I've only got a half length keyboard at home and have to go everywhere else for a proper piano. I want to learn!!!
